Well, after years of top-secret research and specialized training, Dubai's leading marine biologists have finally perfected their "killer shark mind-control device," and are releasing deadly aquatic agents as we speak. Sure, on the surface, this story might seem to be about a hotel resort on one of the kingdom's manmade islands giving into the concerns of environmentalists and releasing a captive whale shark into the wild...
