Vulva Original (NSFW) is a real perfume designed to smell of vagina that people can buy to spray on... themselves? Their partner? Their sex dolls? Their couch? I just don't know. And this super-gross ad—in which a creepy man stares at a woman while she works out and then sniffs the sweaty seat of her stationary bike, which he then steals and carries around with him in his bag—doesn't really make the product's purpose any clearer.
