News Cry, My Beloved Country: Canadian Man Sues Donut Shop After Falling Into Toilet

I've read this story a couple times and I'm still not sure how you fall into a toilet and then off of it. But that's what an Edmonton man is claiming happened to him “in the normal course of using the facilities" (ew) in a Tim Horton's donut shop. He's now looking for over $100,000 in damages.
I will continue to live in New York and return once or twice a year to my homeland.
