NYC Polaroid Project Proves It's Not Too Soon To Start Romanticizing the Aughts

Andrew Faris lived in New York City for a little while beginning back in 2003, and during that time he spent his days off wandering the city and snapping street scenes on his Polaroid. He only just recently posted the photos from those strolls on his site
New York City Polaroid Project (examples above), and they manage to make the early aughts look like the early 80s. They also have that incredible and unique Polaroid light thing going on, where every daytime shot looks like it was taken right before sunset on a sweltering summer day.
