Oh Hey The American Justice System Is About to Efficiently Lock Up Another Terrorist

Posted By on Fri, Apr 23, 2010 at 1:32 PM

Yet more proof that it would be unsafe and impossible to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in civilian court, let alone in New York City:

A New York City taxi driver charged with conspiring to bomb city subway stations during the morning rush — in a plot the attorney general called one of the most serious threats to the nation since 9/11 — is expected to plead guilty on Friday... Mr. Ahmedzay, who is expected to appear enter his plea in the afternoon in Federal District Court in Brooklyn, faces a possible life sentence.

Why does Eric Holder continue to insist upon following actual legal procedure in the trial of a man accused of murdering Americans?
