Media New WWF Short Film is Bizarro Planet of the Apes with Ben Lee Soundtrack

Remember how we used to send monkeys into space? The World Wildlife Fund does, and for Earth Day last week they produced this pretty short film Space Monkey (after the jump) set to Ben Lee's tune "Song for the Divine Mother of the Universe." Part 2001: A Space Odyssey, part Planet of the Apes backwards, it shows one of those miles-high monkeys returning to earth after 65 years in orbit. It also features some of the best ape acting since Raiders of the Lost Ark. (Ufunk)
