Jim is a dad who likes to sculpt things out of pancakes for his three-year-old daughter. That doesn't sound very impressive, but as you can see above, Jim's Pancakes are kind of amazing. He's also cooked up a construction crane, a volcano, a flower pot and, most recently, a pancake chain. Luckiest. Daughter. Ever. (TheDailyWhat)
