Art / News Poster Boy Gets 11-Month Jail Sentence for Missing Court Date

Last week clever and creative subway billboard slicer Poster Boy (aka Henry Matyjewicz) managed to avoid a jail sentence, except he wasn't in court to hear the news so a warrant was issued for his arrest. Now, because of that missed court date, ANIMAL reports that a Brooklyn judge sentenced him to 11 months in jail this morning, to begin immediately at Riker's Island. Look forward to a little less humor on your subway travels for the next year. Be strong, Poster Boy, and try to make it to court in the future.
