That whole "if you see anything, say everything" terror alert campaign is really starting to pay off as last night
police shut down a part of the West Side Highway because someone saw a piece of garbage. Yup, some garbage wrapped in tin foil. GARBAGE WRAPPED IN TIN FOIL. I'll say it again, this is going to be a long fucking summer.
