Music Listen to Mos Def and Nas Rap Over Gil Scott-Heron's Epic "New York is Killing Me"

The booming, melancholic clapper "New York is Killing Me" off Gil Scott-Heron's first record in over 15 years, I'm New Here, lends itself quite nicely to being rapped over. Nas showed as much last month, and Mos Def follows suit on a new version of the track released today. Both take really different, by and large very successful routes.
