Our Long Volcanic Nightmare is Over (Probably, Maybe)

So, is it dormant? IS IT? Icelandic scientists
are now suggesting that mean old Eyjafjallajökull may soon be done interrupting all of your transatlantic adventures. Not only has the temperature dropped down to a measly 100C, but get this: IT'S NOT EVEN PRODUCING MAGMA ANYMORE. Yup, just steam now, like your garden-variety tea kettle. But I'll leave the real taunts to the awesomely sobriquet'ed vulcanologist Magnus Gudmundsson: "What I can confirm is that the activity of the crater has stopped. No magma is coming up."
