Heartbroken England: Photographic Evidence

  • Truly a sad day to be an England supporter. Innit.
England were knocked out of the World Cup yesterday, after another poor match against Germany. This has made English people sad. Thankfully, our London correspondent Adrian Hornsby was able to capture some of the aftermath of the ignominious English defeat. As he reports, via telegraph:

"Two million tonnes of synthentic St. George's flags now slouch toward landfill sites in south east China. I phone-snapped one sozzled Balhamite posting one on its way as I stole home..."
