Confused About Don't Ask, Don't Tell? Here's a Helpful Comic Book

For a long time, I was very confused about our Armed Forces' policy on homosexual servicemembers. But Rachel Slajda, at Talking Points, has
unearthed a graphic novel, commissioned by the Army and distributed to troops in 2001, which lays out the proper protocols and definitions within renderings of reports up the chain of command and anguished coming-outs. In a page we've reprinted after the jump, PFC Howard—whom two sergeants witnessed engaged in a homosexual act with a soldier from another unit—has been called in by his commanding officer.
