How Would You Like to Own a Recording of Almost Every Show Fugazi Has Ever Played?

Fugazi guitarist (and
super awesome dancer) Guy Picciotto told
World of Fugazi that the band is currently working on an a massive online archive featuring live recordings from their 15-year career. "We are not that far away," he said, from being able to set up our own website where ultimately almost every show we ever played will be available for download." No word yet on how much they'll cost, but given their history, one imagines it will be more than reasonable. And considering they were one of the best live bands anywhere before they went on hiatus back in 2002, this is all very exciting. Expect an official announcement by the end of the year, with the first batch of shows to be made available soon thereafter.
