Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese to Work Together on HBO Show

We've already heard about
Boardwalk Empire, the forthcoming HBO series from Martin Scorsese and Sopranos writer Terrence Winter. The two are working together on another new project, and this time they've brought in Mick Jagger. The high-power group is
reportedly developing a show called
History of Music, which they've described as a "rock ‘n’ roll epic, which follows two friends through 40 years in the music business.” The potential for cringe-inducing cliché is great here, but if there are three people on the planet capable of making this work, it just might be these dudes. [
