Daytrotter Gets a Movie

Posted By on Mon, Jul 26, 2010 at 5:11 PM

It's hard to find an artist or a music fan who has anything bad to say about Daytrotter, one of the first web sites to record exclusive live sessions of bands (pretty much every indie act out there today has stopped by their Illinois studio at some point) and post them online for free. Now they're getting the movie treatment with Welcome to Daytrotter, a behind-the-scenes look of how it started and how it's run. Spoiler alert: It seems to have been started out of a genuine love for music and seems to be run very well. Check out the trailer above, then head over here; Wilco is scheduled to stop by in two weeks.
