Art blogger Tyler Green, who organized an abstract artist
version of March Madness some months ago, is in the midst of a tournament to determine America's favorite art museum (as decided by the votes of internet art nerds). As of this morning, when the results of round two were
posted, the Met, Neue Galerie, Guggenheim and MoMA were all eliminated, leaving the fourth-seeded
Frick Collection as the only New York City institution still in the running. (The New Museum, Asia Society, Morgan Library and Whitney didn't even make it past the first round.) What the Frick? Let's make sure that steel magnate's art collection reaches round four by rushing the
vote tomorrow morning!
