Though I don't exactly see him "throwing" money, here's inspiring video of awful nutjob Pedro "Worst Politician of His Generation Still in Office" Espada Jr. taunting protesters with money. (I like how CBS provides a political consultant to illustrate how this is a "bad thing.")
