This year's festival featured a chatty Julian Casablancas who, you betcha, wore sunglasses at night, a random dude who proved that every person in their 20s still knows the words to "Longview," a rehash of Lollapalooza '96 in the form of seminal Seattle grunge, a memory of McCarren Park Pool, and, of course, Lady Gaga, who is apparently saving rock and roll, ever so elegantly.
