Last night at midnight Hot97's Funkmaster Flex premiered this epic Swizz Beatz-assisted remix of Kanye West's "Power" with a decent Jay-Z guest verse (note the Taylor Swift reference) and some absolutely ridiculous tweaking to the already excellent instrumental. Stick around through funny passages about Kanye's power naps, the Middle East, and the couple bars he drops "in Islam," until the third minute, when the whole song transforms really radically and wonderfully. A whole (still untitled) album of this would be nice.
