Music Can Someone Tell Me About the New MGMT Video?

MGMT have gone ahead and released a video for the title-track from their not half bad sophomore full-length, Congratulations, and my internet connection is super fucked today, so I haven't been able to get through it. Does the weird bird/camel thing really die at the end? So sad. [Pitchfork]

Quicksand! how weird is that?

well, this is sort of bittersweet, but why are they so happy at the end? would you rather have a bird dinosaur buddy here on earth or twinkling stars up in the sky?
