So many rewarding, neighborhood stereotype-reinforcing bits of silent subway pining in North Brooklyn on the Twitter account @almostontheL, which tweets excerpts from Craigslist Missed Connections on the L train. Aside from detailed descriptions of tattoos, vintage fashions and, of course, beards—"full luscious" beards—there are some wonderful, demographically appropriate cultural references, like this:
