It's Park(ing) Day! Have a Potluck Dinner Under the BQE

Today, especially in places where the streets are not filled with
debris, people are turning parking spots into public spaces for
Park(ing) Day—check out
this map of mini-parks for the locations nearest you. By way of holding an after party for the city- and world-wide event, the Design Trust for Public Space and several Fort Greene/Clinton Hill community groups are organizing a potluck dinner party tonight under the BQE in Clinton Hill. You can
RSVP, or probably just turn up with some food, at Park and Washington Avenues between 6:30 and 8:30 tonight. The BQE hasn't seemed so cool since the release of the record at right. (
