  • Hint: Both are early- to mid-90s movies about detectives who appear to be way out of their respective leagues.

Well, isn't this delightfully nerdy? Until recently, likely due to copyright issues and potentially lucrative product placement contracts, it seemed as though every time a movie character used a computer they were running some bogus operating system similar to, but never exactly like, Apple, Windows, etc., a tangentially interesting micro-genre of geeky ephemera that the blog Access Main Computer File has made its sole purpose to catalog.
