Knit Street Artist Hits Dumbo, Leaves Kids' Bike with Psychedelic Makeover

After Agata Olek's really strong showing at last year's Dumbo Arts Festival, the public knitting artist's presence at the 2010 DAF was relatively subdued, and now the only evidence of her participation is this spectacular little kids' bike chained to the park fence along Plymouth Street across from Bubby's. Couple more views after the jump.

This should give you a sense of just how small the sculptural/street art/textile intervention really is.

Especially compared to, say, the Manhattan Bridge.
