If ever you needed proof that records are beautiful, or that the objects you use to listen to them are beautiful, or that an awful lot of the people who love them are beautiful, we give you these photos from night two of Insound's Design Store event this weekend. They set up shop in an empty storefront at 201 Mulberry Street, where you could buy posters, t-shirts, turntables, headphones and all sorts of record-related things, including, of course, records themselves. There was also free beer and a DJ set by Kip Berman and Peggy Wang from The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. We sent photographer Nadia Chaudhury to document it, and now we wish we'd gone.
