Paul Bright Gallery, which was operated in Toronto by its namesake since 2008, when Bright left the London, Ontario gallery
Community Outreach, will be moving into the space at 383 Atlantic Avenue (pictured) formerly occupied by
Assaf Antiques and directly across the street from the space previously known as Metaphor Contemporary before it closed
in March.
Bright told Brownstoner that when the space opens, post-renovations, in November, it will "will not just be contemporary art but a mix of mid-century modern furniture (with a heavy emphasis on Knoll and Herman Miller) and art... sort of like a revolving set of interiors." Sounds like a great environment for looking at the gallery's impressive roster of artists.
