Music Indie Battle Rapper Eyedea Has Died at Age 28

Saint Paul, Minnesota rapper Eyedea, real name Michael Larsen, was found dead at age 28 by his mother in his home on Saturday. A long-time member of Minneapolis-St. Paul indie hip-hop label/crew Rhymesayers, he made his name as a vicious battle rapper, as evidenced above (and after the jump), and as one half of the renowned duo Eyedea & Abilities. A tragic, as yet unexplained loss.
