Brooklyn Paper reports that the new loo, at the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Plaza Street West (not pictured) is under construction and should be finished later this fall. Once operational, each user will have access to the state-of-the-art facility for a maximum of twelve minutes, at which points a siren and flashing red lights will signal that their time is up and cleaning is going to commence.
