So, the shitty F train is apparently no longer shitty. Hooray! The dudes at City Room dug into the latest MTA progress report to uncover good news like the following:
More F trains are running on time and more regularly. The entire fleet now consists of snazzy new high-tech cars, complete with digital widgets and a brighter, cleaner interior. And the trains, which used to break down every 125,000 miles or so, now last about four times as long.
Jealous much, G train riders? [I take the F not infrequently, and am prone to bandwagon jumping. GO F TRAIN!]
