New Blog Sets Out to Review Every Band Playing SXSW

While we're still
clearly hung up on the bands of 2010, SXSW has officially turned their heads to next year, having already revealed
two big batches of artists scheduled to showcase at the 2011 festival in March. Meanwhile, there's the ambitious, recently launched tumblr blog,
Operation Every Band, whose author is aiming to listen to and review the nearly 2,000 bands who will be playing SXSW next year — the good, the bad, the mediocre — and lord knows that there will be some really bad ones. Might be a good idea to check in a few times over the next three months so you can once and for all scratch "creating the perfect SXSW schedule" off your bucket list. And this concludes today's episode of "It's really effing cold out, and we can't wait for it to be spring."
