News Dank, Feces-Caked Underground Environs of NYC to Become Next Front of Gentrification

Yup. Underground NYC is the new hotness. And this latest Times story on the subject, following a couple of philosophically minded urban explorers, is compelling, irritating reading. One of those explorers was also nice enough to film the following video (also compellingly, irritatingly watchable, especially when he climbs to the top of the Williamsburg Bridge). So take care, Mole people... you'll be getting priced out into cheap suburban sewer systems soon enough.
