News Is There Really a Problem with the Rhetoric in this Country?

The design is also available on a wide variety of shirts, mugs, bumperstickers. It makes a really good (belated) Christmas present, I'm sure.
In all likelihood, it'll emerge that Jared Loughner is insane rather than the next Czolgosz. But isn't it a problem when the rhetoric and imagery of a mainstream political movement overlaps with that of the paranoid schizophrenics?
