The Louzon Group, a French hospitality concern, just paid $7.6 million for 347 Bowery (on the corner of East 3rd Street), a vacant building that was formerly a Salvation Army residence, sayeth

Hotel Williamsburg. Like the nearby Cooper Square and Bowery hotels, this one will also feature an It restaurant, which will probably serve a $22 charred brisket wrap called "The Bowery Mission Burrito."
