The Strokes to Play Madison Square Garden the Night Before LCD Soundsystem

Right around 6pm last night, a time when an awful lot of people had left their computers for the day, Julian Casablancas took to his
personal Twitter to announce that his band,
The Strokes, are set to play Madison Square Garden on April 1, the night before LCD Soundsystem will take the same stage for their
headache of a farewell show. Tickets go on sale Friday, February 25th, with no word on a pre-sale just yet. The show takes place a week after the band's fourth full-length,
Angles, hits shelves on March 22nd.
