News Attempted Dog-Napping in Carroll Gardens!

While a 38-year-old woman was picking up take-out on Court Street, near Fourth Place, last week around 11 p.m., she saw someone trying to remove the harness from her $2,000 dog. "The thief, Kendale Golston, 31, was arrested and charged with grand larceny," Georgia Kral reports on the Carroll Gardens Patch. No word yet on why the woman wasn't also arrested for owning a $2,000 dog.
