On the 17th anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death, we sincerely recommend you go ahead and get yourself caught in a gloriously tangled web of Nirvana videos on YouTube. "Radio Friendly Unit Shifter" from an MTV performance recorded on New Year's Even in 1993 is not a bad place to start, but don't forget to hit that other MTV set where he's rocking hot-pink hair and a green cardigan.
