Do you know this guy? He's wanted for attempted rape. He allegedly shoved a woman to the ground and tried to assault her early Sunday Morning in the East Village, and was caught on a video surveillance camera with remarkable clarity.
Yay panopticon? Anyway, if you see him around, give the cops a shout, won't you?
