Music Hey, Look! Some New Arcade Fire Videos We Don't Really Understand!

Oh boy, here we go again. Arcade Fire have gone and dropped two separate videos for the massively infectious but maybe not terribly insightful "Sprawl II" (it rhymes with mall!) from last year's still-very-good The Suburbs. The "traditional" version above features Reginé Chassagne walking around doing her funny dancing thing, while a bunch of other people act out some weirdo suburban version of "Thriller." I don't know. It's enjoyable enough, I guess? But then there's also an "interactive" version, which requires you to activate your webcam and dance or at least wave your arms around all crazy in front of your computer. Again, I don't know. I haven't been able to get it to work. I'm sure it's super cool, though, and will help me to better understand the place where I grew up!
