TV Lena Dunham's 2007 Web Series About A House Full of Horny Art Students Has Been Unearthed

"Budding sexuality" isn't a topic unfamiliar to Lena Dunham, creator of the upcoming HBO series, Girls and 2010 film, Tiny Furniture. In 2007, Dunham directed a web series called Tight Shots exclusively for Nerve.com that dealt with a house full of art students working on a film project and eventually sleeping together.
The project the series' characters are working on is about a young Southern girl discovering her sexuality, but of course director Lena (played by Dunham) has never been to the South. From the looks of the first episode, which Nerve unearthed and posted this morning, it's got all the hallmarks of Dunham's sense of humor—wry, self-deprecating, bawdy and terrifically awkward. It even stars a younger Audrey Gelman, now known as Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer's star press secretary.
