All fourteen-year-old Robbie Hendrick ever wanted was a family, but his wayward mother has run off again and he's left to burn the days caring for his half brother, Fess. Over the course of a summer, Robbie must shift his focus from the family he doesn't have, to holding onto half brother that he does.

Tilva Ros (dir. Nikola Ležaić)
7:30pm - 9:15pm @ Nitehawk Cinema (136 Metropolitan Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11249)

Toda and Stefan are the best friends spending their first summer after high school together. They spend time shooting videos and competing silently for the attention of their mutual friend Dunja.

Bikelordz/Vice Guide to the Congo (dir. Mikey Hart and Jason Mojica)
Presented by Vice
10:30pm - 12:05am @ UnionDocs (322 Union Ave Brooklyn, NY 11211)

Bikelordz is a short documentary about the self-taught, self-invented bicycle culture created by children in Ghana. In Vice Guide to the Congo, Vice founder Suroosh Alvi travels to the Democratic Republic of Congo to meet some of the rebels involved in the seemingly never-ending conflict in Eastern Congo.
