Vote Now For This Year’s SummerScreen Audience Pick

The time is almost here. We’ll be announcing this year’s SummerScreen audience pick tomorrow night after we’ve all had our dose of Patrick Swayze and log dancing at Dirty Dancing. This year’s contenders like Beetlejuice and Pee Wee’s Big Adventure all put up a strong showing, but it looks like we’re down to two final films: Empire Records and The Goonies.
So, let us know what you’re in the mood for — adorable kids doing the truffle shuffle and hunting for lost treasure? Or maybe you’re more a fan of Liv Tyler’s midriff and a soundtrack full of 90s nostalgia (Coyote Shivers, anyone?). We never said this would be an easy decision.
As of right now, Empire Records has a slight lead over our favorite troop of preteen misfits, but its far from over! Our poll stays open until we announce the winner, so make sure to cast your vote.
