#3. Animal Collective, Micahu & the Shapes @ Williamsburg Park, 10/5
Live Animal Collective can be a weird prospect, and admittedly not always at the level of their adventurous, insanely influential studio work. But, who are we kidding? Brooklyn's biggest band of the last 10 years, playing their hometown show for a sure to be wildly acclaimed new record, in a shiny new outdoor space? It's a big deal. And, even if they disappoint, opener Micachu and the Shape are a certified great live band. So... we'll see you there.
