  • St. Vincent will release her fourth studio album on February 25.

Ten music-related news items that piqued our interest this week:

1. Ahead of the release of her 4th studio album, St. Vincent (a.k.a. Annie Clark) made an appearance on Comedy Central's @Midnight to read a negative Amazon review of The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. It is quite funny. [Pitchfork]

2. This should be interesting: Apparently, Earl Sweatshirt, King Krule and members of Warpaint and Jagwar Ma got together in Australia for "an epic 12-hour all-night recording session." Whatever comes of it, we're sure it'll be amazing. [Consequence of Sounds]

3. Nas will release a documentary, go on tour and reissue his debut album, Illmatic, on April 15 in honor of its 20th anniversary. The reissue will be called Illmattic XX and feature "rare remixes and unreleased demos and freestyles." It's available to pre-order on iTunes now. [SPIN]

4. Queens rapper Action Bronson gets kicked off stage during a show in Portland for lighting up a joint and he did not take it well. Fans caught the whole thing on video. So close to Washington state and yet so far. [Billboard]

5. Neutral Milk Hotel have expanded their already massive tour. After Coachella, they'll take an aeroplane over the sea (we're so sorry) to Europe and play there through May and early June. When the band returns to North America, they'll stop in Brooklyn on July 22 for a show at Celebrate Brooklyn!. [Gothamist]
