Bouncing on a trampoline is one of the purest forms of fun you can experience. Get your heart rate up with some powerful jumps and you can call that fun a workout. In the beginner classes you’ll learn how to properly bounce (it’s more involved than you think), and the proper body positioning for falling backwards and forwards. You’ll share a trampoline with a handful of others, but the two-hour class still gives you a lot of practice time. Apart from getting your heart rate up, trampolining [Verb? Ed.
