More intense than a lot of classes but not so demanding that you’ll never go back, Cardio Thai Box will have you warming up with jumping jacks and high knees, then punching and kicking the air (or your ex, boss, etc.) to engage arm, core and quad muscles, although the emphasis here is on cardio, not strength building. The classes can get big, so don’t expect too much personal attention with your swing.
