Night at the Movies

We really wish the Met would perform full operas with an orchestra in Prospect Park like it used to. If we can’t have that, we guess we’ll take this concert with three singers and a pianist. Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 1, Brooklyn Heights

New York Philharmonic Concerts in the Park
God bless the Phil for refusing to give up on free, full-orchestra summer parks concerts! This year’s features Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet (yes!), Richard Strauss’s Don Juan (double yes!) and more. Prospect Park, Long Meadow Ballfields
