1/2 oz. Appleton V/X
1/2 oz. Rhum JM
1/2 oz. passion fruit
1/2 oz. fresh lemon
Shake and strain. Top with Dellamotte champagne, serve in a flute, garnish with an orange twist.

For a fancy gathering:
The Polo Club
A dessert cocktail by William Elliot

1/4 oz. Bache VSOP
1/4 oz. Lolita
1/4 oz. Crème de Menthe
3/4 oz. Montenegro
3/4 oz. Nardini Mandorla Grappa
3/4 oz. cream
  Build ingredients in tin and shake with ice. Strain into coupe, garnish with a cherry.
