I've been a member since my Grandson were toddlers. They are now 11 and 10yrs old and we all still have the most fun each time we visit.
Love this building!

Gallery Onetwentyeight is a great Lower East Side Gallery. It shows emerging and established artists and has been a neighborhood fixture since 1986. The gallery is run by artist Kazuko Miyamoto and sometimes her dog Shintaro.

Gallery Onetwentyeight is pleased to announce the New York City debut of three Miami-based artists. Each artist showcases his unique style. Three different creative visions of Julian Andres Acosta Pacheco, Kareem David Piper and Andrew David Ringler converge in one space in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
Julian Andres Acosta Pacheco centers his work on the concept of time and place. He states, “I strive to create visual/psychological/emotional/personal conversation through lines, words, images, symbols and shapes.”
Kareem David Piper is a self-taught artist who creates atmospheric works reflecting his universal views. Intent on breaking down boundaries among the spiritual, cosmic and physical worlds, he creates serenity out of chaos.
Andrew David Ringler presents an amalgamation of his series depicting subjects from his rural Ohio up-bringing to moody Doberman Pinschers. He states of his curiosity, “I want to peel back the layers of wallpaper to find what’s hiding beneath.”
ANKE WEYER's show at Canada gallery is great one of the best i've seen in 2013.
I am jealous since I am a painter myself. If I had the dough I would buy one of her pieces and I don't think I've ever said that about a rival painter.
masonic and cultural presevation intrigue me and I plan to contact these folks and learn how to link and align my construction endevours and intended achievements to this as well as the entertainment business......spell chex
I recently visited the gallery owned by Tina Kim in Manhattan. And I must say this art dealer knows her stuff. The gallery was warm and inviting, unlike a few other Chelsea galleries that tend to be on the cold side. And the art at Tina Kim Gallery is always spectacular and cutting-edge. One of my future travel dreams is to visit the affiliated gallery to Tina Kim, Kukje Gallery in Seoul, Korea.
Tina Kim Gallery shows some of the most exciting Korean contemporary art in New York, and also veers into other areas of internationally-renowned art. Definitely make time to swing by Tina Kim's gallery in Chelsea Arts Tower if you're interested in seeing what's new in modern and contemporary art and design.

Great Juried show. Very well put together by Donald Kunspit!
Love this place! Very happy here and won't move elsewhere. Great teachers, experienced actors, friendly staff and there's lots going on all-week and all-year round from performances, free readings, charity auctions and all sorts. I've never felt intimidated at The Barrow Group. A bunch of nice people providing a very good service for actors and audience. Thanks guys!!
A very warm and comfortable neighborhoods watering hole in the Village. Cool live band from 8 on singing some Spanish/jazz music feels like a slowed down Gypsy . Very groovy sound after a few Happy Hour drinks.
This gallery changed it's name to Robert Henry Contemporary and moved to a new location at 56 Bogart St, Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY 11206 on June 1, 2012.
Stadium's newest show " The Agony and the Ecstasy" featuring works by Parker Ito is absolutely stunning! If you haven't seen it already, go see it, its something I wouldn't miss!
The press release on the upcoming show "Yin & Yang - Fusing Complementary Opposites" opening September 4th indicates an interesting collection of visualizations supporting this gathering theme.
