This place is called The Green Union Building. I'm having my wedding there next fall. It's beautiful inside - exposed beam ceiling, brick, chandeliers. Really minimal and pretty.
Been biking out to Calexico ever since it opened for the best Mexican I've ever had anywhere on the East Coast (apologies to devotees of Anna's in Boston, but this is better). Can't wait for the Greenpoint location to open a little closer to home.
Could you please add this store website:

Scandinavia House
Carmine's II is just a "slice" of heaven. If you haven't checked out their grape vine arbor in their Italian Garden you must. Portions are big and very reasonably priced.
Over there in West Chelsea gallery land, this tiny performance space is a completely fascinating and immersive venue in which to see a show. From what I can tell it's only very rarely used, which is a shame because it has so much more character than comparable black box spaces.
In my experience this is one of the most beautiful gallery spaces in the city, especially outside the set of swanky Manhattan galleries (Shafrazi, Gagosian, Boone, Zwirner, etc.), and even more so for being a non-profit. Their exhibitions tend to be of a very high caliber, especially when the entire gallery is given over to a project by one or two artists.
This is easily one of my favorite theaters in the city because both performance spaces are intimate and state of the art, they tend to produce some of the most consistently excellent Off-Off-Broadway theater, dance and performance, and the bar is superb (especially in summer).
Is this happening rain or shine?? Or post-rain/soggy ground or shine?
Horrible bar service, I'm not surprised that this horrible bar got only one star from most reviews. This is the worst place to buy a drink in Brooklyn, over priced, rude staff, and music is not great - over use of a fog machine. Also stay away from the bathrooms, only one unisex bathroom which is over crowded and gross.
If your carnality has overtaken your ethical reservations as of late, what better place to indulge than here, where you can order a vegan "double down" (KFC's literally heartstopping concoction of bacon sandwiched between two fried chicken patties; there IS also a wilted piece of lettuce to feed your tiny conscience) for close to nine dollars. It's freakin' worth it. Thankfully, the heartburn and dietetic guilt come free of charge.

Agreed. Lucky is one of NYC's best metal bars. If your into banging your head to metal while watching smokin hot Go-Go girl's, Lucky 13's the spot, and Tuesday's nights your night.
solid (and fast), not really thai food at all but has lots of great (heapingly large) noodle dishes and tasty finger food appetizers - place can be LOUD but is an awesome people watching place... communal seating means you might (most likely will) end up seated at the same table as someone you don't know but that is a big part of this place's charm. like a big trendy asian grad school cafeteria with servers? I always have a pretty good time here!
The run of shows T. Moore played here was just incredible.
One of the best bars in New York. Plus, on the first and third Monday of every month, Lucky 13 hosts "Original Cyn Burlesque," a free burlesque show with an amazing after party.
Store downstairs is good to get fruit/beers. Fried chicken across the street for cheap food. Goodbye Blue Monday (bar) is 5 minute walk east on B'way.
WHAT IS GOING ON IN NEW YORK SPORTS CLUBS ????
*Think again before you register!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Always check your bank statement because they can charge you twice.
*When you ask about this scam they can lie to you such as “we will call you back “ “we are investigating it” “we have to wait for the manager”.
*You call them about this scam 5 times but they never call back .there are always excuses.
Here is my story: Even though i paid cash they charge me again from credit card. When i asked them to correct this wrong, they say they would investigate and look at camera records that keep thirty days records .unfortunately the manager kept me wait until the camera records erased. They took my $70….
BECAREFUL AND DON’T BE THE NEXT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
